When creating an account or subscribing to a service, you must read and accept these terms. Browsing our public pages does not authorize charges or imply consent for optional data processing. Specific commercial proposals complement these terms without waiving any statutory legal rights.

AgroPage offers cloud software to organize, showcase, and share agribusiness product catalogs, publish company profile details, and streamline sales conversations. Catalogs may include category hierarchies, product search, individual item pages, photos, descriptions, technical specifications, and prices or price-on-request indicators.

The Bio Link feature aggregates company contact links on a single mobile landing page managed within the same account. Custom website design, onboarding, setup, and catalog population services follow the scope, timeline, and deliverables outlined in the respective agreement.

The availability of a feature in a demo does not guarantee its inclusion across all subscription tiers. Limits, customer support channels, custom domain options, and integrations should be verified in your contracted plan.

Registration must be completed by an individual legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and when acting on behalf of an enterprise, possessing appropriate corporate authority. You must provide truthful information and keep contact records up to date.

Safeguard your authentication credentials and assign team access in accordance with granted permissions. The account owner is responsible for periodically reviewing who has access to view or modify company data. Promptly report any suspicious activity to customer support.

AgroPage may request reasonable verification steps to protect your account, recover credentials, or confirm the validity of administrative requests. Never transmit passwords via chat or email.

Customers must hold the necessary rights and licenses to use all texts, photos, trademarks, logos, and materials uploaded to their account. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and must not upload misleading, fraudulent, or infringing material.

Before sharing your catalog or publishing your Bio Link, verify phone numbers, external URLs, product images, and commercial terms. Public pages can be browsed, shared, and indexed by search engines.

Demonstration or sample content does not constitute a real commercial offer for physical goods. In each merchant's catalog, the merchant is exclusively responsible for clearly describing what is offered.

Products listed on catalogs are offered directly by the merchant identified on each storefront. The merchant is solely responsible for confirming product availability, final pricing, delivery terms, payment methods, warranties, and compliance with applicable trade regulations.

Selecting products or generating an order inquiry in AgroPage does not constitute payment completion, inventory reservation, or a completed sale. The prospective buyer must confirm terms directly with the seller.

AgroPage is responsible for its own software platform and statutory legal obligations. The distinction between providing software and selling goods does not disclaim liabilities that applicable law mandates for digital platforms.

The catalog can save the shopper's item selections and prepare a formatted WhatsApp message addressed to the seller's sales team. The shopper must send the message within the external messaging app. An inquiry recorded in the admin panel does not guarantee message delivery or receipt.

Subsequent conversations taking place inside WhatsApp are not monitored or accessed by AgroPage through this forwarding link. External service availability depends on third-party provider terms.

Links displayed in the catalog or Bio Link may navigate to third-party websites. Always inspect destination addresses before submitting personal information or issuing payments.

Merchants listing or selling goods governed by specialized regulatory frameworks (such as pesticides, fertilizers, veterinary medicines, or certified seeds) must comply with all applicable legal requirements, including product registrations, prescription requirements, and statutory disclosures.

Information regarding application rates, chemical compatibility, and performance must stem from authoritative technical sources. The catalog does not replace formal guidance from licensed agronomists, veterinarians, or qualified technical consultants.

Online calculators, simulators, and converters are provided for exploratory reference only. Their outputs depend on user-submitted parameters and do not substitute professional audits or technical assessments.

Dashboard metrics summarize records stored during the chosen period. Inquiry counts and estimated quote values do not equate to finalized transactions, received funds, or realized revenue.

AgroPage does not guarantee specific search ranking positions on Google, traffic volumes, order counts, or financial returns. Performance depends on product quality, competitive pricing, marketing distribution, and merchant response times.

Prior to purchasing, inspect the features, usage limits, pricing, billing frequency, and services included in the selected plan. Assisted catalog setup, bespoke website design, and custom integrations are not automatically bundled with all plans.

Recurring subscriptions and automated renewals are clearly disclosed prior to checkout. These terms alone do not constitute a recurring billing charge. Any plan modifications or price adjustments will comply with contractual terms and statutory requirements.

In the event of overdue invoices, access restrictions will observe contractual stipulations and customer rights. Inquiries regarding billing or renewals may be directed to our support team.

You may request subscription cancellation or account closure at any time through our official support channels by identifying your account details. Effective termination dates, pending fees, and refund eligibility depend on your contract and statutory consumer protection rules.

Where applicable under Brazilian Consumer Protection legislation for remote contracting, the statutory right of withdrawal may be exercised within seven days from initial subscription.

Before closing your account, request instructions on exporting your catalog data and files. AgroPage does not commit to indefinite data retention. Data retention and deletion follow our Privacy Policy and statutory record-keeping mandates.

You agree not to use AgroPage for unlawful or deceptive activities, or actions that compromise third-party rights or platform integrity.

• Publishing illegal, discriminatory, or infringing materials that violate copyrights or registered trademarks.
• Conducting fraudulent schemes, spam campaigns, phishing, or unauthorized personal data collection.
• Attempting unauthorized system access, security exploitation, or malicious file distribution.
• Circumventing plan limits or executing abusive automation that degrades service availability.

Upon substantiated evidence of fraud, statutory violations, breach of these terms, or security threats, AgroPage may investigate content and implement proportionate restrictions, including temporary suspension of access or removal of content, in compliance with applicable law.

Whenever feasible and consistent with urgency and statutory requirements, the account owner will be notified and given the opportunity to present clarifications. Suspension does not eliminate procedural defense rights or statutory access to business data.

All rights in customer-uploaded content, product data, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of the customer or their respective licensors. AgroPage receives a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, format, optimize, and display this content solely to perform the contracted software service.

Publishing a customer logo within their own catalog does not authorize AgroPage to feature that customer in promotional campaigns or public case studies without prior permission.

Subscribing to the service does not transfer ownership of AgroPage software, proprietary source code, or branding assets to the customer. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

The software platform requires routine maintenance, security enhancements, and infrastructure updates. Interruptions may also occur due to external internet connectivity or cloud hosting providers. Guaranteed service levels and response commitments are those specified in your agreement.

AgroPage remains liable for direct damages directly attributable to its gross negligence or statutory breaches as determined by applicable legislation. Blanket disclaimers waiving mandatory statutory consumer rights do not apply.

Customers remain responsible for their own actions, marketing claims, and product offerings.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, shared, and how data subject rights may be exercised under Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Accepting these terms is not a substitute for specific consent where required by law.

The customer and AgroPage maintain distinct legal obligations regarding data protection. Personal data of shoppers received by the customer through catalog inquiries must be handled strictly in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product enhancements or legislative changes. The top of this page indicates the date of the latest revision. Substantial changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated through appropriate channels.

Essential transactional notices concerning account security or contractual terms are distinct from promotional messages. Revisions to these terms will not apply retroactively to past transactions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any question or dispute, parties are encouraged to first contact customer support to pursue an amicable resolution.

Judicial jurisdiction and venue adhere to applicable procedural legislation, including statutory consumer protection provisions where applicable.
